Social Worker

cmr has partnered with multiple health services and is seeking experienced Social Workwers for multiple flexible locum contracts across reigional VIC.

Working closely with a multi-diciplinary team, you will play a key part in expanding service capacity and delivering timely support to clients.

Duties:

• Conduct triage, comprehensive assessments, risk assessment, and safety planning
• Deliver short-term case management and assertive outreach
• Provide brief psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate in care planning and discharge with internal and external stakeholders
• Practice in accordance with Trauma-Informed Care and Recovery principles

The succesful canidate will possess:

• Relevant qualification in Social Work
• Eigibility for membership with the AASW
• Experience in mental health clinical settings
• Strong assessment and case management skills
• Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel
